Are you seriously sujesting our scouts can only pick out players we think are good enough by watching MOTD? :duh: i cant beleive some people on here!
they play fantasy football and pick out the star plays of the weeks and who has scored the most points
like they could watch all a highlight show :lol:Hope the bently ITK is true, still cant see how we havnt sold anyone else when there were so many rumours of being linked away... we need to sell who we can when we can (for players not in the first team)

I usually err on the side of patience and mediation, but I have to say, I agree with this wholeheartedly.
We could've had this guy last summer, or even before he went to Porto. To allow him to move again, without so much as a trace of a visible attempt to get him, would be complete folly. Especially, if we instead end up concentrating on people that don't want to come.
Not now, but IF Falcao moves to Atletico, and we don't bring in a very good striker by the end of the window, I will be spitting blood.

I think so, the ideal forward to lead our line based on his attributes and ruled out earlier in the window by many due to being unattainable and porto pricing him too high.

:clap: Completely agree , this i believe is the one striker we should of gone all out for at the start of the window.
He had something like a £26M buy out clause and would of stopped all this pussy footing around and fuckin time wasting with Rossi and Adebayawn.
This is not true. The papers talk about an interest from at madrid for falcao, but just a week ago Oporto's chairman laughed at the interest from at madrid and said that he also wanted ronaldo and messi, but it wouldnt happen.
Id be very very surprised if he left Oporto this summer and in that case we are a much better option than at madrid.

Generally this means bad. Our unexpected signings usually take place at the start of the window (vdv being the exception, as a very very last minute deal).
I don't think we're close to bringing a striker in.
