I really am excited, if we hadn't lost yesterday - we'd all be fucking buzzing, come on admit it.

Losing yesterday, sucked - and took the enjoyment factor out of the final stages of the window.

It was a good time for Arsenal to play us. But make no mistake its been a fabulous window.

If Eriksen, Lamela, Paulinho and Soldada have the impact I think they will, I still think we are looking at higher than fourth.

Arsenal signed a world class player today, no doubt about it - but they're still short in critical areas, that is a fact, and I still see them having the same problems occurring for them. They just don't have the solidity that we and the other top Clubs have.

Perhaps Coentrao simply chose United over us when they came calling? It seems a bit more plausible than Madrid simply "out to screw us." I know we like to think otherwise but at the end of the day these people are running a business, it really doesn't benefit the business side of things to throw a proverbial hissy fit...especially when you may have to deal with said parties again in the future.

All in all though, love our squad. Looks extremely deep.

I wouldn't be annoying myself with arsenal and who they got or didn't get- we win the rest of our games and we finish above them - simples :)

I for one have enjoyed this transfer window and will look forward to the season ahead! I am not surprised that the spending roughly matches the forecasted incoming funds. Bring on the league, Europe, the silver ware and who ever else wants ago COYS!

Carroll should've been rotated with Eriksen behind the striker. He's the one player in our squad with outrageous vision and technique to match. I don't think he needs a year at QPR, he needs a year for us whilst others are finding their feet.

We dont have player like Suarez tbh, the other teams all have players that world class gamechangers and win matches by themselves.

We sold our gamechanger to strengthen the squad all across the park.

We have greater depth than at the start of the window.

The second half of last season, we were rubbish nearly every match and relied on Bale scoring every week. When this squad gels I'm confident we will be much better overall.

I was convinced we'd get a young prospect in too after the talk on Halilovic and Vadillo

Be intrigued to hear what went on today as quite a few reputable ITK's seemed to believe at least one incoming
