I'm hoping i don't get a ban for this as i think we're allowed to post SSN stuff in here today.

SSN are currently reporting that we are in talks to sign Sissoko but there's a disagreement on valuation. Which frankly on deadline day with Levy there always will be. Everton apparently not in competition with us on this and no mention of Chel$ki.

For me this is starting to look a little closer to be done, as on the plus side they are reporting that Newcastle will let us "pay in installments", which we all know is Levy's second favourite footballing term after "negative net spend". ;)
Levy will bid 16.1 million at 10pm, it will get rejected, then he will be 16.2 million at 10.20 and then the lights will go out and the gates will be bolted!

You can disagree all you want, but the vast number of players that move on deadling day every year shows that's not the case.

For example Real Madrid were very serious about signing Bale from us, but didn't do so until deadline day.

If you think that deal was done on the last day then you are very naive.

Poch has done a brilliant job and knows he'd walk straight into another top job.

Why would he put up with Levy's lies and broken promises any longer? Loyalty is a two-way street...

We don't know if Levy has lied and broken promises to Poch, all we've had hinting at such is onion from AliZ, which is almost a cut and paste job from something he posted on transfer deadline day last year.

I wonder how much money they still owe us for Townsend and Yedlin (dodgy solicitors). All sorts of things probably go on we don't know about that may influence business dealings. Chadli to WBA and...?

And when it come the league, the cups, top 4 and everything on the pitch, they are our rivals.

Brilliant. So what do we do?
Offer a player a £150k a week and upset the rest of the squad, or put all of their wages up and put ourselves in a difficult financial position that affects the clubs future?

Or back the chairman that took us from perennial mid-table legends under Sugar while stabilising the club's finances, turning us into perennial top 4/5/6 teams in the process. And trust him to keep us there or thereabouts until the stadium's built and we're bringing in much bigger revenue, and then compete in the transfer market with the bigger teams?

Rocket science it ain't.
