Hopefully Villarreal consider their position. Clearly they need to find players like Musacchio and get them at a bargain price to fit within their economics. If they refuse to then sell these players, depriving the other economic owners of profit - teams will stop dealing with Villarreal.

And, I would imagine that in any country River and/or the Agent would have a cause of action to sue Villarreal for monetary damages - if they miss out on a deal like this. So, in the end Villarreal could have to payout, without getting any of the proceeds.

We had a fairly formidable defence for a large part of last season under AVB,but that didn't lead to us scoring much. Wasn't until Tim S took over that we started scoring and the defence was p poor by that point. Think we still need another forward

What we really need is a goal scoring AM/wide forward who has bagged a handful of goals in pre-season....

Don't buy fucking Remy. Use who we've got until we can buy someone decent. He's just faster, blacker Dempsey.

I'm no big Remy fan but if Poch was looking to recreate what he had at Soton Remy would be the better fit for Rodriguez' role than Townsend though. I think there's better out there than both though.
