great update from d1 there. nice to see all itk's aligned also as it's been very consistent so far. Lets hope the positivity continues, loving the idea of young hungry mobile/quick players as opposed to the slow/methodical/backwards/sideways crap we've become used to. think we're going to be a completely different proposition next season.

Fantastic positive update, we deserve this after the last 3 seasons. D1 says 'maybe a manager change led to this', I don't think anyone needs to be a rocket scientist to work out that of course the Manager change led to this as Ange actually wants to sign creative attacking players whereas Conte and Jose before that both wanted physical, tactical, experienced premium price players. Sounds like we are moving back to our previous model of finding good young athletic high energy 'value' players around the 15-20mil mark as well as a few bigger signings like Maddison. Tbh I'm very happy with that, it doesn't mean we won't spend big but we are more likely to spend 'smart'. Hugo, Toby, Jan, Wanyama, Sonny, Eriksen etc were all signed for £10-25mil, prices are inflated a bit in today's market but with Ange's help as D1 says we can hopefully spot talent.

Glad the negativity of the last 3 years is over and now we can enjoy the ride again. Thanks for sharing the update @Bubble44 you and @dovahkiin whoring the info is muchos appreciatos.

Re the kane meltdown and ITK. Trix said something about his nob-end agent taking any call that comes and being a poor operator. so if Bayern have bid - it could be that ol' Charlie boy is stirring up news and taking calls - not that the club or the player is firmly interested.

Great also to hear we want five more. I hope that's not because (contrary to above) we've sold kane and are spending the money before announcing. Personally feel he goes nowhere - and i'm firmly not in the 'sell him now and rebuild camp'. Hopefully these five, given the reported fees, are the manager being backed - using some of that cash injections from last year - and accounts for player sales. I wana keep Kane.

Really hope it comes off. This is just the kind of adrenaline shot this club needs after the last few years.
