I wonder if the players who were involved in internationals may get another weeks rest?

Lucky you. I'm off to butlins with the kids seemed like a good idea when I booked last year but not now. 3 hour journey in the car with 2 kids the joys.

Could do with announcement of Paulinho or some fresh ITK to keep me going.

Yep and I am sure this one of the reasons for the delays in medicals and signings. Paulinho looks set to complete by weekend and i am sure Villa will decide this weekend and possibly sign next week (opinion btw, I am the last person to be ITK!!!).

Saints have the 4th or 5th wealthiest owners in the PL I think, pretty sure they're not short of money. The thing with saints is that they seem to be willing to pay the money for players that others won't, even if the price is inflated.
