Oh gosh I really hope Levy didnt offer 13 million....if thats the case its a joke.....didnt Fletcher who is a Scottish International who has only got in there side recently cost the same even though he is older.

We are talking about the Brazil no.9....there main man....top goalscorer.....he plays alongside Hulk, Neymar, Oscar and co who are all valued over 25million.....why would he think we could get him for 13 million

He has done nothing on the international stage. The Olympics isn't recognised, its a youth tournament. He has scored less goals than Fred, another we were linked to for a while years ago, in the mediocre Brazilian league. Hulk, Neymar and Oscar are valued higher because they are better players.

Damiao is not a baby either. 23 and still very much unproven. Only ever played friendlies for Brazil ( don't think he was selected for the last copa was he? ) as they attempt to find a forward through the middle to play to the system they are attempting etc.

He may prove to be the nuts but he may prove to be an expensive £20m mistake for someone.
