I think Fernando is going to declare for Portugal & has to wait a couple of weeks for his citizenship to go through, Also thought it was Utd after Fernando not City.
Think City want Matuidi on a free in summer & will wait until then. Mangala can also play DM, so think Daily Fail are just talking crap regards Fernando.

Wasnt meant to sound like a rant. I've been drinking all day and pretty devastated like the rest of my hometown at the moment. 2 of my past aquantances have od'd in the span of 3 days. Think there's a bad batch going around, so there might be more too, but I pray not. When I drink, I do tend to rant some.

It very well could be. I'm personally confused on how we can back out of an agreed loan with an option to buy deal by recalling and then selling for a different fee. Can we really recall him, state they need to pay up and then move forward? I suppose we can if we have an option to recall after 6 months and maybe the "buy" option doesn't come into effect until the Summer.
