OK a few bits have landed on The Goat's lap, some not surprising but you get what you get..... so here we go.......

Mason has been told he can leave and won't have as much game time as we want to try the youngsters in the cups.

A deal for a keeper is agreed and fitness stuff is expected to be done this evening

As we all know GKN was supposed to have been done ages ago but we still expect this to happen

Isco. We have people out there and have had for the past week. Poch has spoken to player and family, Levy got the go ahead and its down to the clubs to agree terms. There's also an option closer to home (Zaha) which Levy is dealing with himself. We want both on perm deals not loans.

Not sure whether it's good or bad that Levy is handling Zaha and not Isco.

So The Goat's info is contradicting what we've heard so far, in that it's saying the hold up is agreeing the deal with Madrid, rather than Isco? Not sure if that's good news to be honest, with the speed at which we generally negotiate transfers.

So We are looking to sign Isco on permanent ?
Going by this, so Isco has agreed but clubs to agree the deal ? It kind of goes against previous ITK. Hopefully, this is the latest

I will take Isco with Zaha if we have to...but not the other way round

A bit odd that the alternative to Isco is Zaza. They aren't at all similar players.

I read it as we want both, maybe I'm an optimist

I'm not sure I trust that Isco has agreed to terms. Is there any more hint possible as to where the info is coming from that can keep the source anonymous?

Can only see Zaha getting limited game time if he signs.

Promising info.

1) Not sure how Isco and Zaha are seen as comparable, so it's strange they're seen as an either/or - not even similar players in terms of style and ability.

2) To be honest we are going to have to pay £25-30 million for Zaha, we will probably get Isco for the same amount. Much rather go balls out for the latter.

Im not sure if I am understanding that last part correctly. Is it a matter of Isco or Zaha, which ever Levy can get done, or do we want both along with GKN?
