Reads to me, that we are likely to sell Harry end of window then.

How so?

Dragon 1 has posted a little more about the Kane training debacle on COYS.

This was in response to a poster asking if the whole things was just a misunderstanding:

Absolutely was no misunderstanding Kane misjudged how the footballing world would react to his stunt plus his brother foolishly did not get city to where they need to be before they pulled the stunt

I would love to know the story of how Levy appointed Paratici. Seems such a perfect appointment for this pandemic window and his knowledge of many football markets and the Italian in particular.

It was probably our own Romario that recommended Don Fabio to Levy. ?

Donated.

Had a stroke 4 years ago – apparently as a consequence of a previous heart-attack which has permanently damaged my heart, and left me with Chronic Heart Failure, and a propensity for Sudden Cardiac Death. So I implore Nuno to sort out our bloody defense!

The stroke robbed me of half my sight, which will never return, and in the middle of the pandemic, I had to have a pacemaker/defibrillator (ICD) implanted in my chest (same as Christian Eriksen) at a cost to the NHS of £30,000. So if you only get one biscuit instead of two with your cup of tea next time you're in hospital, you know where the money for the other one went.

The BHF do a fantastic job of research, and providing information and support for people like me, and for future sufferers of heart disease – which, God forfend, might be you.

Ok, so as with every player we are linked with via the media I shoot a few messages off to see if anyone has heard anything, and it was quite positive for both LM and ML. We have been talking with reps for both. I wouldn't say either are close but talks have been positive so there are deals that could possibly be done.

As I mentioned yesterday sooo many European clubs are a tricky spot right now and many need to sell just to keep their heads above water. Just like us though no one wants to sell their best players, but just like us everyone is finding it difficult to move their deadwood.

D1 said it yesterday the final week is going to be manic, not just for us but for everyone. As clubs realise they aren't going to get the offers for their fringe players the ones we actually want will be achievable. We want 4 more in(5 if Harry goes) and the only way to do that is to get them at favourable prices. At least this year we have numerous players for each position so if one doesn't happen we are ready for the others. It won't be a case of waiting for all of them and I believe we will get a couple in sooner rather than later. The others though will more than likely be late on.

The Harry situation is very complicated. As of now unless City change their stance I'd say he's very likely to stay. Not sure if they can't, or won't but as of now they are not getting near the asking price. They are trying to throw in players which of course the are over valuing, and also these players are not going to fit within the wage parameters Paratici is trying to achieve. We have our lists and there are no City players on it, so it doesn't really matter.

If I had to give my opinion(and things are changing daily) I'd say it was 70/80% Harry stays, but then if anyone can 'find' the money it's City.

Just want to confirm for this board, that LM is Martinez and not Messi, right? (not asking for info here, just clarification before meltdown 3.4.5 starts!!)

Are you really asking ?
For clarity, yes. There are 2 players out there we have supposedly bid for with the same initials. I'm sure myself who Trix means, but knowing how this board works, I'm sure there are many out there confused as to which LM he means. That's all.

I think it's clearly messi. No city players can fit within Paratici wage parameters, but I'm sure Messi isn't on anywhere near as much as the city fringe players....

Very interesting from Trix. It’s going to be manic! I just hope there isn’t too much of a pile on at the end in case people start competing for the same players and the price goes up for the ones we want.

Be better for our nerves (and settling in for the squad) if can at least get a couple more over the line soon esp with Romero having a slight injury too.

I still can’t let myself quite believe we will get the quality that we need as been burned so many times before but who knows in this crazy world?!

Not sure I can cope with next few weeks lol put your seatbelts on guys and girls!

Yes it's Messi!

He's desperate to play in the conference league, and we plan to fund his wages with the sale of Spurs crested foil hats in the superstore.

It's considered to be an untapped and extremely lucrative market.

Can see the attraction of the conference league to messi to be fair, apart from the world cup its the only thing he hasnt won
