I would just like to say that if the stories re Bale going AWOL are to be believed (and I do agree that that are just that - Stories without any authenticating), that he has seriously gone down in my estimations.
He is contracted to THFC End of Story!!!
I could leave it there, but I had utmost respect for GB, and would like to wish him all the best if he wants to move on. He hasn't siad that he wants to go anywhere else but RM, so some respect is due.
BUT.......
We have entered into negotiations to sell a player that we would really like to keep. We would rather he stayed, but if he wants to go, we have accepted his wishes.
IT IS NOT HIS DECISION HOW MUCH WE SELL HIM FOR, OR IF AT ALL. YOU ARE A SPURS PLAYER UNTIL WE SAY THAT YOU ARE NOT, AND THEREFORE HAVE TO MEET YOUR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION, AND TURN UP TO TRAINING LIKE THE REST OF THE SQUAD!!!
IT'S AN HONOUR TO WEAR THE THFC SHIRT, AND YOU DON'T DESERVE IT!!!
I never had him down as a petulant ****, but perhaps he has shown his true colours.
If there is no substance in the stories, then I retract this, but if they are true he can F*ck Off as soon as possible, as we don't need that sort of person at WHL
If that's the case, then shirley we have a striker lined up to come in.its looking much more likely that Ade will leave than Defoe.
he has plenty of offers
i lost it at your sig. its brilliantLamela, Chiriches and hopefully Eriksen and Coentrao would surely make us true contenders? I guess it simply comes down to how much time they all need to gel as to whether we can challenge this season or not. But the future looks amazing even without Bale.
So farFrom the Transfer Pledges thread:
Holy fuck, I'm in serious debt.
So a total donation of £28.
Correct?
I'm tempted to send it to NBCi lost it at your sig. its brilliant
AVB confirmed in his presser today that those stories are true. Didn't show for last two sessions and club wanted him there.
I'm not sure ffp will ever kick in. The owner's company simply sponsors the ground or shirt for silly money.If we turn a profit again then we can expect the club to be in the position to spend next summer as well if/where needed. If (a humongous if at that) ffp genuinely kicks in next summer we should be sitting pretty
So should your neighbours...I have the biggest smile on my face right now
From the Transfer Pledges thread:

By my maths, it is:
Paulinho = £17m = £1m over the record = £2 donation
Soldado = £25.8m = £8.8m over the record = £17.60 donation
Lamela = £30m (I've included the add-ons because I'm a top bloke) = £4.2m over the record = £8.40 donation.
So a total donation of £28.
Correct?
LD ;-)If that's the case, then shirley we have a striker lined up to come in.
With Rebic confirmed to Fiorentina, are there any strikers we've been linked to recently that are still on or list?
That's a nightmare...AVB confirmed in his presser today that those stories are true. Didn't show for last two sessions and club wanted him there.
So should your neighbours...
I remember your Lamela pledge
As it stands we are stronger than last season.
Lamela = Bale
Paulinhio, Soldado, Capoue, and Chadli improve us
Erikson and Corntrao will make us title challengers. I would also say another right back. As don't rate Walker at all but know I'm in the minority.
Come on Levy make it happen!!
A very happy yid
COYS!!!
That's a nightmare...
Isn't the standard fine a week's wages?
Shall we say the first two weeks of September's wages?
