Levy hasn't got out of bed yet, deadline day begins at 10 for him.

He's been dining out on VDV for a while now, or more realistically, fans like yourself have faith that he's always up to something... let's not kid ourselves or think that "Levy Time" is a real thing that actually carries any weight.

Our past few transfer windows haven't been anything to get excited about. We've seen more big players leave the club at the 11th hour than players join.

Look at how many times we've supposed bid for big players and instead opted for the cheap option.

Unless the bids are bullshit, the money is clearly there.

Arguments sake, MM and MS at our valuations could have cost us £30-40 million.

Instead we seemingly have got Fazio and BS, at a combined £12-15 million.

Why the fuck at the very least aren't we going balls out for a top quality LWF or another CM.

I think those "bids" were leaked by the club when in reality no such bids were made.

I don't tend to be too sensationalist generally, try and stay measured. But I would feel a bit let down if nothing else changes before the end of the window. Feel as if the club haven't backed poch properly either.

We manage to pull in at least one pacey attacker, and I would consider this a damn fine window.

Fuck the big names people. For once, up until this point (with attacker still in the air), we have finally used a window to address positions of need. I love it. All that money spent last year, and we most certainly did not address positions of need.

IMO the long and the short of it is we don't have enough players who are a genuine goal threat. Fuck Schneiderlin, we needed one more "straight in the first team" player in the forward/attacking midfield positions. We might still get one, but I wouldn't bet any money at all on it.
