Hamburg had to have Rafa on their squad list by midday, otherwise he would have been ineligible! So it's not as simple as you think. There was no way for us to hide it.

levy has 90 minutes to pull this deal off. i can't think he'd let the moutinho deal fall through over personal terms? unless moutinho/porto never really wanted the deal and are making ridiculous demands as a get out...
