DL struggling with the wage demands.Finding it very difficult. No fall out with agent. Nothing concrete either way just worrying.

Right.

If it's a transfer request (which is what I'm thinking) than I massively hope Bale doesn't go public, what Van Persie did last year was fucking disgraceful, I'd consider Gareth to have a bit more class than that. If we can keep it in house and not have it leak to the press that'd be splendid, our best player and one of the best players wanting out would be a massive hit to both our morale and image as a club on the up. The absolute worst case scenario for us is a transfer request and a long winded unhappy saga that goes public.

Hopefully it's just someone winding JJ up or an agent being an agent.

You make the assumption that it would all be invested into the squad as AVB would like.

In reality it would be a bunch of players worth sub 15 million because we wouldn't pay high enough wages.
