Good news. I honestly don't know how they get could away with anything less than a points deduction and a transfer embargo given both of these are being held of them as suspended sentences already.

Actually i do know, the FA are a bunch of crooks.

To be fair Chelsea have more reason than most to worry about complaints being lodged against them.

There's also no reason to be negative about it. It's better than not doing anything at all.

Don't get me wrong I'm more than happy with an official complaint, something needs to be done. I'm just not convinced what the powers that be will actually do about it. Although given their past misdemeanours something greater may happen.

I think we're complaining about the blatant tapping-up of our player, which is
not allowed.

Modric has made statements which clearly indicate he has spoken to someone at or representing Chelsea prior to them making an official approach, which is tapping-up.

Nothing will happen re Chelsea's disgraceful behaviour. But is it only disgraceful because our key player is the subject of such obvious tapping up? Isn't this just how 'football' works these days?

It's been asked politely, we've wrapped it around jokes, we've even stuck a cherry on top and called it a bun and now i'm running out of ideas about how to put it so that it sinks in.

How far will that realistically get us? All it got us was a charitable donation from Liverpool to the trust last time :-(

But wasn't the donation made to get us to give up the complaint? Someone needs to set some kind of precedent here. If we were to win, loads of smaller clubs would follow suit, and that would have a big effect on the "top" teams' ability to recruit. Anything thgat narrows that gap is surely a good thing?

There was ITK about us putting in a complaint about Chelsea, no-one has actually mentioned the M word, we're talking about Chelsea. FFS i understand no talk about him and what it means to the team but talking about Chelsea and some ITK we've had on it should be allowed for a short while.
