Yeah I get it, I dont mean to come across as inconsiderate its just the harsh truth by renewing you are giving Levy a 'confidence' vote. By all means keep your season ticket if you wish, no one can take that right from you.

Its sickening industry, football, that we have so much love and loyalty for the club that we will continue to pay even if the ownership is making a fool out of us all, which I highly respect but there needs to be a point where enough is enough
Yep, that's where Levy has us all by the balls and doesn't he just know it.

Narcissistic and dogmatic.

He's completely resistant to changing the ways in which he operates for the greater good of the Club.

Levy will never, ever change.

I'm past the point of caring now....

Until he's gone

If a season ticket is given up, it'll soon be snapped up again by the next person who's been waiting years for one.
For me, the best and most effective protest would be for a large number of ST holders to just not turn up to one game.
Don't give the ticket to anyone else, just leave the seat empty.
That's going to look worse in the media and will display the fans dissatisfaction more that giving up your ticket for the next person to buy.

I said this to a mate. I’d happily leave my seat empty for a televised game.

Its becoming alarmingly clear that in Levy's mind hes not going to spend any more money and his priority will be to cut the wage bill to make us more profitable.

Proper empty seats and the loss of matchday revenue that would go with it is the best statement to make, in my opinion.
That would look bad on Levy and that's one thing that may make him think twice - although I think he's too thick skinned for even that to have much effect unless it happened week after week, which will never happen because fans want to support their team.
Going to the footie is an escape from life, a chance to catch up with mates and have a day out.

It's part of life for some people, an important part.

He's got us by the short and curlies and the sad reality is that we're stuck with Levy until he decides it's time to go.

It makes me laugh that I’m STILL seeing phrases like, ‘last chance’, ‘he has to get it right’.

These people will never learn 🤦🏼‍♀️
I've given Levy more leeway than many but for me, Conte was his last chance and he fucked it.
The trouble is, I'm pretty much powerless to do anything but moan on here.
I find that frustrating but I was a Spurs fan before Levy came along and I'll be one long after he's finally gone.
He's not turning me away from the team I love.

Yep, the sad reality is we’re stuck with him & he’ll always have many seasons ahead, to make fools of us 😭

I think if(when) Kane leaves, if(when) Levy gets the next DofF and Manager combination wrong and keeps meddling with our transfers, we could be heading towards Everton levels of disaster just with a more built new stadium.

Im usually positive but I feel like we could spiral 🌀 out of control downwards if Levy gets these next appointments wrong.

Some of the DofF and Managers names now linked are not a good fit for us and will only further exacerbate our misalignment and mess.

If fans weren't willing to protest at the man u then they never will.
I know this will get negative reactions but if we can't even manage to have a minor protest or do more than one or two levy out chants at games then we what makes us think we deserve more?!
Liverpool have had several fan protests over the years which gathered several thousand, they had huge banners at games, arranged a huge walkout.
Man u fans formed another fucking club. Even that lot down the road were a lot more vocal and active against their owners.
We're stuck with him.

For all his many faults, Levy is too smart to dump us into the financial mess that Everton are in.
Things aren't great for us at present but Everton are a proper mess with a shit squad, no money, ffp issues and a half built stadium they are struggling to pay for.

We are in the mire at the moment but the squad isn't that bad, just needing some fresh ideas and a few decent signings, then we'll start looking better.

Granted, I don't hold out much hope for Levy getting much right anymore with regards to the playing side but he won't get us into the mess that Everton are in.

So many people want Levy removed from power, so how are we/you going to achieve that?

Protests outside the ground? they won’t do anything to remove Levy in themselves but if there were enough people for it to reach the media/press then he might just start to notice.

Protests inside the ground? same as above, they won’t do anything to remove him in themselves but if it catches the eye of the press enough it’s a different story.

Leaving empty seats? Once again this needs to be organised enough for so many seats to be vacant that it is noticed during a televised game, it’s going to be difficult to achieve.

signing the petition? In itself won’t do anything, it has stalled at just over 15k people signing, it needs many many more to sign that once again it gets picked up by the press.

why do I mention the media and press need to notice? Quite simple, Levy is human after all, he has emotions and feelings just like everyone else, even if he doesn’t care what the supporters think of him he sure as hell will when it reaches the ears of those he does business with. He won’t want to be seen as someone that the fans of the very club he runs wants him gone. So if the protesters started to number a few thousand and the petition reaches at least 30k he might start to do something that will make a difference, Joe might even start to get concerned as well and have him removed but I doubt it.

I would happily join in the protests myself if I were younger, in better health and with better finances but it is too far for me to travel and mostly too expensive, I remember when this was a game for the working man and anyone could afford to attend and support their beloved team.

just my thoughts but I thought I would share.

Honestly his greatest crime is actually destroying my enthusiasm for this club. It's hard to care because it is so clear they have no intention to do what it takes to seriously challenge.

My only hope is that he somehow leaves asap. Our only hope.

I know it's so weird. He literally owns the club. He's going nowhere. We could get relegated 5 seasons running and he'd still be making the decisions.

Only way it might ever change I guess is when Joe Lewis dies.
