If our recruitment is the worst in the league, why are two recent PL winners below us? (Liverpool & Chelsea)
I would say our recruitment is worse than both Liverpool & Chelsea over a long period, hence they are recent PL winners. I also wouldn’t bet on being above Liverpool come the end of the season.

Sort of reminds of politics. People will give you the benefit of the doubt over and over, then at some point which is hard to predict that benefit and respect just drains away after the 50th screw up or lack or class.

Boris Johnson looked invincible for a time then all of a sudden the winds changed. Levy can in theory stay as long as he wants but he just looks like a lame duck these days, out of sync with the football world around him.
If you're going to do the politics analogy I wouldn't use a democracy as an example. Levy is the Supreme Leader and it's very much a dictatorship.

Is Levy Chang Kai Shek - a ruthless despot who builds the foundations for a prosperous democracy, Taiwan?

Or is he more of a Kim Jong Un, ruthlessly exploiting his minions?

My point is that being a Tottenham fan or even a Season Ticket Holder does not give us any say on how the club is run. Those of you who think you can oust Levy are deluded. Personally my hope is that we move toward something like the 50+1 system which exists in Germany. But it's unlikely to happen and if it does it won't happen overnight.

I don't get this. What if they don't go to another home game soon?
To be an away fan you really have to go to enough home games to get the points to qualify don’t you?

Aren’t most away fans ST holders? Genuinely curious

How does that work? It's just the fans who travelled who deserve it which is a small % of fans. Why should non travellers get money that the loyal travellers also get?
Because of how overpriced the tickets are in the first place

Not always, but if they are season ticket holders they wouldn't be buying a home ticket for a while anyway 🤷‍♂️

Yes fair point my original idea was flawed.
however, the players pay for the fans, stellini pays by losing his job and levy? Nothing
That’s not right

Blaming Levy for not signing Mac Allister 5 years ago, before he went to Brighton because we have a "strong Argentinian connection" is a new one. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

The depths some will go to...
It's really funny. Instead of putting legitimate criticism for his footballing decisions like appointing 3 defensive managers in a row he decided to say completely random things like this. Also I don't understand his next paragraph about Kane considering we still have Kane, spend 50m on Richarlison and looks like at the moment we have plenty exciting strikers in our academy.

Might have been a good idea for the club to explain that to fans prior to the refund. Would have been an easy win. 🤷

Can't explain something that wasn't going to happen if people didn't complain.

How much worse can it get for Levy before the end of the season?

We don’t know how things work until we break them. Like the loan system.

Cos we messed up on numbers for players loaned. No other reason. Def not levy acumen

Wasn't it because sporting wanted to change porros sale, to a loan for taxation reasons late in the window.

We could have just kept Doherty, rather than let him go on a free, since value is more important.
