I would love to know what gets said in there!

We start every Premiership game as if we're out for a stroll on a Sunday afternoon, no urgency, no tempo and very little desire! I think we've started One league game all season (Chelsea) like we are fired up for the contest. Every other game we've started like we're half asleep and immediately set about handing the initiative to the opposition!

So what the hell gets said in there?

We haven't got a captain at the moment, even Gallas was better at getting players motivated for the game.
