I have had discussions about this very subject a number of times and, if my memory serves, it was widely agreed on here that, if we were to restart the trend for 'taches in football, Carrick was the man who had to do do it. I think it was suggested we contact the club at the time, but as i said, my memory is umm... whatsit.

Genuinely brilliant. Would quite like to see Bale sporting an Alfie Conn. The sidies might stop him worrying so much about his ears.
