Apparently theres a very good chance that the Chelsea v Man Utd game that they have scheduled next could be postponed to another date if they reach the next round of the FA cup according to a friend of mine.

I dont know if thats a good thing or not? Maybe if it meant them having a bit of fixture pile up later on in the season!!

Drogba running on line with Dempsey on the penalty. Mike Dean doesn't do anything. Should've been taken again!:bang:

What a weekend for us, winning at a bogey ground...and City, Pool and Chavs all dropping points.

I think Harry and the boys smell another run like this time last year....I think we are going to spunk all over Blackpool too

Like we did against Hull away at the beginning of last season? Boy do we need to piss all over someone and score a few goals. Come on JD, get a hatrick!

Great result for us regarding the Fulham vs Chelsea game, shame Dempsey couldn't core that injury time penalty!

Chelsea played some lovely free-flowing exciting football there, did you see that move? They must've passed it atleast 25 times. They didn't get anywhere, and eventually lost the ball in the centre of the pitch but boy was that fantastic football, certainly far better than the tripe we manage.

Was it as good as the football we played at Sunderland ? Or when we played Fulham at home ?

If the game between Chelscum and Manure on March 1st gets rearranged again (more than likely) then I think that might help us. With a Prem title at stake United will get tougher and tougher to beat as we get closer to the finish-line. AND, there's a certain Man U legend in the making who will be looking to sew up a new contract and a player of the year award...

...Howard Webb!

Chelsea dominated possession for the entire second half and created very little in clear cut chances.

Good pressing game mind - but didn't do that much with the ball in all honesty.

Why would the game be rearranged?

Thing is everyone almost expects Chelsea to kick into gear and replicate what they did last year scoring 6's and 7's and being near watertight at the back - trust me, they won't!

For the first time in a long while Chelsea are out of the title race in February and with stalwarts like Drogba massively under performing, Cech uncertain in goals, Lampard struggling for fitness and form and a conundrum for Ancelotti in accommodating Anelka, Drogba and Torres there are too many flaws to cover up.

However, they are a team of great quality - on paper that is but nevertheless will be pushing us and City all the way to the end for a Champions League berth but certainly aren't going to brush us aside playing majestic football and winning games at a canter.

Yes I would see it that way too. Their run in is pretty tough and I dont see them getting many more than 70 points, if even that actually.

I thought the same last year with Liverpool. I kept thinking "once Gerrard and Torres are back they'll push on" but it never happened.

Malouda was superb last season but hasn't been quite so good this year and Drogba and Lamaprd have made little impression. Like Man City, they are there for the taking.

Whilst I can not wait for Meelan tomorrow evening the secret Spurs optomist in me- having sat in the stands for 12 years - looks at all the fixtures and says I truly believe we will finish 3rd and the Blue Cash Boys will scrap over 4th...
