Man Utd just gave every other team in the Prem the blueprint to beat the Chavs; man mark Hazard out of the game. All of their opponents will watch the game from yesterday and copy those tactics. Also, they have been woeful recently and we're lucky at Stoke and Burnley. Palace showed them up as well.

Believe!
I agree but it also depends on whether not those instructed to keep tabs on him can do as good a job on him as Herrera did yesterday.

You're right though, I think the key to stopping Chelsea is push Hazard out wide and deny him the space to run into whilst having two defenders occupy Costa because he is completely ineffectual when this happens. Then get two strikers to cause headaches for Luiz and Cahill because them two are very flawed centre halves.

It's just whether or not other teams can execute it as well as Mourinho and Manchester United did yesterday.

Yeah Mo put it right out there with the explanation of his tactics. He's not pulling any punches trying to wreck Chelsea's season and I personally love it :D

I personally don't see the cup game as being so significant to the league form. It could go either way. Losing to us could spur them on and vice versa.

I agree. I think too much is being made of it. I worry for us losing it though, but then again I would!

There was more to it than that but yeah mourinho outlined it all in his post match press conference. If there was one time people should bother to listen to him it was then and I don't like listening to him at all.

There's another little aspect that might go in our favour and his name is David Luiz.

Whilst I agree with the opinion that he has been excellent for them this season, this is a player that generally plays on emotion. I think Conte has generally found a system in which Luiz has excelled but I'm starting to see some of his old self in recent weeks and it leads me to believe it's down to pressure.

This is a player who when his head goes he becomes erratic, leaves great big holes in his defence and gets ruffed up way too easy. I'm to saying he will return to 'Brazil 7-1' form but he is a serious weak link for them once his head has gone. Let's hope we get some help from the likes of Shane Long and Robson Kanu.

David Luiz is the best defender in the Premier League that doesn't play for Spurs.

Mou mntion to man mark Hazard and Pedro..,. So not easy to do that unless u got two players able to do that. I think if every team plays like that against them, many draws will come unless Conte change formation.

Why are we even talking about how Mourinho played them? Why would Poch even need to take note of what United did against Chelsea to win? Did we not just run them off the pitch the last time we played?

It's not about how we line up against them, we play as we always do, it's about giving all their other opponents a blueprint.

I did not mention that we play like Mou against them. I mant other teams playing them in the run in. Mou practically told the rest how to play them.

In 2013-14 Chelsea finished four points off City who won the league. They dropped five points in the final six games [1-2 home defeat to Sunderland and 0-0 home draw with Norwich]
