Watford today never sat back, Newcastle might try and make it difficult like Norwich did, no absolute guarantees that Leicester will definitely win.

Having not watched it, I'm surprised and a little angry to hear you say that Watford didn't sit back. Leicester are top because they're lethal on the counter and a hard working team that defend well. The way to combat that is to sit back and deny them space like Norwich did. Watford are not a team with enough quality to try and attack them.

It's little wonder they're top when teams still go at them expecting to match them and just play to Leicester's strengths. That's another reason they're top. At first they were an unknown quantity, and even now, teams are only just establishing a game plan to stop them, whilst we've been playing against parked buses all season.

If we can't win the league then I really hope we finish above goons. We all hoped for top four season's start but to come close to the title and then finish below them would be incredibly disappointing.

Some people may laugh but seriously I think the FA need to drug test the Leicester players there is really something going on there. Kante recovered from a hamstring in 6 days, Vardy recovered from a surgery in 1 week and Mahrez seemed to pull his hamstring yesterday but kept going. There is something fishy going on there.

I agree I cant see us catching Leicester but who knows.
Still see us getting 2nd though.
We lost to Wham but fielded a weakened team and were missing key players in Alli and Dembele.
Yesterday Kane scored a world class goal and Arsenal, with Ozil, Ramsey, Welbeck, Sanchez and later Giroud, even with 10 arent exactly a walk over despite the utter crap the media would have us all believe of late.
Look at the table. We're in 2nd place and 3 pts clear of Arsenal. Start of the season we'd all have thought it was cloud cuckoo to even dream of being in this position at this stage.
We're still a very very good team who just came through 2 tough games with 2 key players either missing or not 100% fit and most importantly we didn't lose to those closest to us.
I fully expect us to get back to winning ways (although I'd like us out of Europa asap) in the league next game.
Long way to go still but we've not collapsed or on the slide.
Talk of slipping out of top 4 given how inconsistent everyone else is is an over reaction as far as I'm concerned.

I agree we aren't suddenly on the slide and I think we should still be looking up rather than worrying about top 4.

I also don't think not winning the league is a failure of any kind. Whatever happens this season has been a success.

I just think this week and the Leicester defeat will be the reasons we don't win the league.

I have thought this all season, they seem like they are on something all the time, they never run out of energy, they never look like fading, they just seem to go and go and this is from a team that I can't imagine have the greatest of fitness.

I don't know, I think it looks suspect as well tbh.

That's a nice tin foil hat you have there.

Yes indeed it does, I'm not bitter and I'm not saying they're definitely on something but really and truly it needs to be looked at. Vardy closing down a full 90 minutes non stop and Albrighton turning into Usain Bolt doesn't sound right.

I know it seems far fetched but don't you find it just a little bit suspicious that they have had literally no injuries and seem to go constantly for 90 mins without tiring? They have come from a relegation scrap to the top like it is nothing and aren't showing any signs of slowing down?

Plus Vardy looks like he could sideline as a dealer on the waiting list for Jeremy Kyle anyway so it would make complete sense.

Unless those injuries and surgeries are not even there in the first place? A decoy? Hahaha

We've completed the 2nd highest sprints in the league behind Bournemouth and we've managed to finish strong in the majority of our matches, we've taken the most points from going behind in matches by far so why shouldn't we be under suspicion then?

Had a similar conversation with mates yesterday. They weren't having it at all but it's not beyond the realms of possibility, going back all the way to last season where they were all but relegated and suddenly went on that long run. Anywhere vast amounts of money are involved, dodgy stuff is bound to happen. Look at the very top of football ffs, FIFA are rotten to the core.

I'm not saying its definitely happening at Leicester but the turnaround is unprecedented.

To be fair though everyone knows we have a world class training facility and a manager that does double sessions who's main emphasis is on fitness, we also have the youngest side in the league.

You look at Leicester, these are players that are older (Average age of 28.1) who I can't imagine have a very tough fitness regime, especially one that would allow them to be as consistently fit as they have been throughout the entire season and then also you have to look at the players, these are players that before this season who you wouldn't even look twice at, now all of a sudden they are the best in the league at what they do?

I know it does seem far fetched and is likely not the case but I can't help but get that feeling something isn't right.

I genuinely believe Leicester are going to have a wobble at some point, mainly because I just don't think they're that good that they're certain to win the 'easier' games. What we have to do is win our better fixtures to put us in a position to win it. I still think we'll have another chance.
This is so annoying. You genuinely don't think there that good?? They have lost 3 games this year. The least in the league. They have a 5 point lead. They have the easiest run in by far. They have no European or cup games. There players are rested and fresh. They have no big club pressure on them. They are Just enjoying it. They are incredibly hard to beat. Defensively brilliant and counter attack you with pace. Have the two best players in the Prem this season. But you don't think there that good

We just had our wobble and twice blew the chance to go top, it'll probably happen at some point and its up to us to start winning again to counteract it if it does.

reminded me so much of the 09-10 season. we had arsenal, chelsea, manu, manc left to play for the last few games and we put together an incredible run to nick the 4th on the last day. repeating that would be glorious

I don't deny Leicester may lose a game or two, but we need to win every single game. With 9 games left, does anyone see them losing the 4-5 they will probably need to lose for us to win it. They've lose 3 in 29!
