I feel lost. All my calculations were based on Arsenal beating Crystal Palace. They've actually outdone themselves and fucked up in a way I had not conceived to be possible.

75 points now guarantees Top 2. As Arsenal play City, I'm sure the points requirement for Top 3 is now lower (72 to 73 points), depending on the result of that game. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong :)
think the worst that can happen is that citeh and scum get 13 points, if they win all there games and draw with each other
so 3 wins to gurantee top 3

If City and Arsenal draw, 73 points would be enough for 2nd.

If this stays the same, we'd expect City to beat Arsenal now with Aguero and De Bruyne in form, we'd need four points to finish above Arsenal.
I think you have missed one of their remaining matches there.. We would need 7 points if they lost to City

Imagine the atmosphere at WHL against Southampton if we're still in a title race and know that a win would guarantee us finishing above Arsenal.

Happy with this weekend but still can't shake the feeling of disappointment that Leicester equalized in the last minute...

Somebody help me feel more positive please, I feel like I should be happier after today

This "loveable" Ranieri not so lovely in his post match interview
What did he say?

And it is so infuriating how everyone considers leicester loveable and this story a fairytale. They get 95% of decisions from the refs, they play exclusively on the counter, they have a woman beater and racists on their team, players that have been accused of taking steroids and are owned by a thai billionaire who conspired with the chairman of the PL to elude FFP during their promotion season. Lovable? Fairytale? Not quite.

If we can beat Stoke tomorrow;

Liverpool were 5 points clear with 3 games to go in the Suarez season, everyone had them down to win the whole thing with that gap. A similar collapse for Leicester could be possible with Vardy suspended in their next game.

Would have taken that set of results ahead of tomorrow's game.

A real shame that Leicester got the equaliser, not because of the points but because of the morale boost it gives them. If they'd lost that they'd have been under huge pressure mentally but that equaliser keeps them on the up even though they only drew.

But if we win tomorrow we've closed the gap which is as much as we can ask for at this stage.

If we don't win tomorrow then we're battling for 4th rather than 1st.

Game on.

I think that if you had just got in and looked at the results, you'd be punching the air with happiness. Vardy being suspended is also a major plus. Today had all the hallmarks of a team starting to collapse, and it looks like the pressure is getting to Ranieri too.

Plus I'm still confident that Leicester will lose between now and the end of the season.

But City had a game in hand, which they won, so it was effectively a 2-point gap.

I'm trying to make him feel positive man!

Plus we've also got 1 more game to factor in, it could literally be a mirror finish with the way we will always have the game in hand. Apart from the points tally.

With the goons making a hash of things against palace, Utd will think they can get 4th, so they'll deffo be up for the game against Leicester!
