I thought that Stoke front four could give us problems but our front four were outstanding tonight.

As I said above, I reckon everyone would have been thinking the home against West Brom would be the easier game this week, but I have a feeling that they'll come and play Pullis's usual 9-1 formation and next monday could be a lot more frustrating than tonight was. I'm expecting an attritional game next week, I reckon you might be paying for the draw. Hope I'm wrong.
That Stoke front four has to be the most overrated in the league by far.

It's a bunch of names. Sunderland have scored more goals than Stoke have FFS.

All good players but very patchy, If all four are at the top of their game they'd be a handful for almost anybody, but its a big if.

Most teams can say that about their front 4.

After Arnautovic and Bojan could you guess who Stoke's 3rd best scorer is?

Shaqiri? Nope.
Afellay? Nope.

It's Jonathan fucking Walters.

They've got a bunch of players making a living off of their name and brand recognition and not what they're actually doing out on the pitch.

I think Arnautovic is pretty special.

Quick for a man his size too. I'd love to see him on a diet of Poch double sessions.

One. Match. At. A. Time.

Tonight was amazing and be proud. That is a tough ground that hasn't been favorable to us, let alone anyone in the past. However, we still need to win out. We face 4 teams that aren't a walk in the park. 3 of these teams we have struggled against in the past and you can argue that they are our bogey teams (I still can't believe I'm considering Chelsea a bogey team but they are trash). I hate hate HATE playing against TP because he makes matches difficult for Spurs: (correct me if I'm wrong here) his record vs Spurs is 4 wins, 3 draws, 4 losses, those 3 losses with a newly promoted Stoke side. Chelsea will most definitely park the bus (have nothing to play for in the positive light) and Newcastle are fighting for their lives, nonetheless at St. James. All things considered, I'm most excited to play Southampton (!?) considering they play open.

This season has been unreal and is a foundation season, but the focus should be on our mission, not what Leicester can possibly undue. Win out, lock up Pochettino for the future, and let our record and play do the talking. COYS. Audere est facere.
With this team, we will not be affraid of anyone. And neither should we be. We will probably win the remaining games, worst case we will win 3 and draw with Chelsea. And that could be enough. (y)

We got to win all... no chance for the title if we draw and hope Leicester slips....

Getting a bit fucked off with all this Leicester fairytale stuff, if they win the league over us it will be a travesty for football
With a racist, homophobe and wife beater in their side the only way they could be a fairytale is if they were one written in the early 80's

I thought the same thing. Watched him a few times this season, good feet, gets in good positions, physical, good hold-up play, good with his head, scores in different ways...and has passion!

Now, for all those who cant see what difference it makes playing after Leicester every week, can you still not see that if we played WBrom BEFORE they play Swansea and cut the lead down to 2 pts that it would pile more pressure on them??? No??
Well fk it then I give up lol.

just watching the build up on sky, and when asked about who he thinks will win the league, Fabregas said Leicester, when asked if he thinks if there will be anymore twist and turns he said, hope not I don't want Spurs to win the league. I wonder who will be trying harder in 1 game more than another

I heard him say that too, I also felt that he didn't say it with tongue in cheek he actually meant it !

That is why I'm banking and hoping that if we are to be crowned Champions, God willing, come the final day of the season we need to be in pole position, we have to have destiny in our own hands. We cannot afford to rely and depend on Chelsea to turn up Leicester and do what is right.

I just don't trust anyone bar our own players. Nobody will do us any favours, least of all Chelsea, especially now that they have nothing to play for. Not that I would expect any favours, what I would expect is for them to be professional, but after having heard what Fabregas said on SKY last night, I have every right to believe that they are not to be trusted. The very fact alone that he said what he said shows that he cannot be trusted.

Hence, we need to continue doing what we are doing right now, keep on winning and let's us see where we are come the final day of the season.

I said to you guys weeks ago that if we want to win this title then we have to be infront before the last game because chelsea will throw that game i'm telling you now. A few fans on here disagreed with me and Cesc Fabregas the little prick has exactly proven my point. Do you think Fabregas is going to bust a gut against Leicester if it means helping spurs win the title? John Terry? not a chance. I'm telling you now if we are in with a chance of the title on the last game, we might aswell just accept defeat because chelsea will let Leicester beat them. Let's just praye we do our bit and Leicester drop points before.

Come on he's ex Arsenal and now at Chelsea. What do you expect him to say? If it was Ginola for example on there and roles were reversed don't you think he'd say he'd prefer Leicester over the Gooners to win? Will Chelsea be more up for our game than Leicester? Probably but they are every season, it's a derby.

Lose vardy for 2 games and who knows! I can imagine the possibility of having the chance to go top if we beat Chelsea, something we've never done at the bridge in the prem.

Exciting end, it's worth enduring all those dark days growing up under gross, graham, hoddle

We must be the same age (31). My dad was a spurs fan so I had no choice. First game I remember was the 91 cup final as a 6 year old. Thought being a fan was always like this. Only started getting into it properly a couple years later and was pretty much resigned to watching the 91 cup final VHS I had to death.

Just to be in it after all this time is amazing. We're at the biggest crossroads we've ever been at. Selling Berbatov, Modric and Bale seem now like means to this end but the glory we deserve is so close, Levy has to do everything he can to keep this manager and squad together. If he does, the 90s and early 00s will be forgotten as the years I earned my Spurs.

We do need to win all the games and that's a big ask. If we drop points in just one game then Leicester only need two wins to seal the title. That means those away games against Utd & Chelsea won't even matter to them.

Realistically I think we need them to drop points at home to Everton or Swansea if we are to win the title.

Whether or not Chelsea will role over is a moot point. However I am in total agreement we need to win our next three games and go into the last game ahead, at least on goal difference, that way we will have nobody to blame but ourselves if we finish second

Regardless of that, we have Chelsea away coming up shortly, they won't need much motivation. Sad to say that chelsea still have a lot to say in the title race, which is never a good thing.

However, we carry on as we are, forget what Leicester are doing, and go out and win out games, gives us the best chance possible.

Great attitude from the players, just chasing, and hungry and determined.

Very exciting final four games, hopefully we can pull it off - massive ask, as I still feel it's very much in Leicesters hands, rather than ours (stating the obvious there)...

to be here today 19/04/2016 talking about spurs being potential champions makes you just choke up with pride. I am 56 this year so I would never have witnessed spurs as champions only our cup glory. Come the last game of the season regardless whether we are chamopions or not I will be so proud of our team.:)
