A couple of defend results by Fulham and they’re now 3 points behind Brighton and Nrecastle and 5 points behind Burnley.

Would like to see Fulham stay up.

So would I but I think Newcastle have enough to stay enough, keep St Maximum and Wilson fit and they'll be fine.

I can't see Brighton going down either.

Agree but their problem is Wilson hasn't kept fit.

Agree but their problem is Wilson hasn't kept fit.

They're 3rd on goal against. WBA the worst with 55 and Sheffield UTD 43 which is 2nd to last on the table. Obviously that it's not only their strikers being fit.

Wilson is out until April isn't he?

I think Newcastle will go down but Newcastle Vs Fulham final day could well be a survival match. Would be a great watch for the neutral.

If Fulham can see out their 1-0 lead against Liverpool then Fulham, Newcastle and Brighton are within a point of each other. Fulham have played a game more but are picking up form at the right time.

Allardyce seemed to make West Brom better defensively but outside a few draws hasn't been able to significantly improve them.

Big game for Fulham. Home against Leeds.

Right now Newcastle are looking most like to join Sheffield Ut and West Brom in the drop.

Bad result for Fulham last night.

I am not watching Brighton v Newcastle. Sounds like Brighton are on top but still not scoring.

Really want Brighton to stay up. They deserve it with the football they play.
Agree. I also want to see what Potter can do with another season.

There's something about him that suggest a potential excellent manager. But he needs to get results and achieve something.

Graham Potterchino seems like a good coach. I wonder if everyone in the country would be raving about him if he was Argentine or Spanish or Portuguese.

Brighton should be more than a goal up. They’ve been so dominant in this game .

I've just looked at Newcastle's run in; it's a corker

Brighton & Hove Albion
Tottenham Hotspur
Burnley
West Ham United
Liverpool
Arsenal
Leicester City
Manchester City
Sheffield United
Fulham

6 games against top 6/traditionally top 6 teams
3 genuine relegation '6 pointers'
1 game against a probably already relegated Sheffield Utd

The fact that their last game is against Fulham really tickled me.

Yeah...

...they're in big trouble!!

Posted this in the PL 20/21 thread, so thought I may as well post it in here.

Newcastle's run-in is terrible for them.

On current form, there needs to be some serious changes to the players' mentality and the tactics, etc, for them to stay up.

I know that they've brought in a new assistant manager/coach; whether or not he can work some magic is questionable.

Anyway, Fulham just need to make sure that they're within 3pts going into the last game of the season (GD permitting). I think that's doable.

From dreams of been bought by a Saudi,to the harsh reality of away league fixtures in Derby.Sun'lun seeks out a reunion, with those in black & white that punch horses in unison. From glorious night's at St James' Park,to fixtures in places only the local's give a fark.Goodbye,so long, arrivederci Newcastle! A win today put West Brom 7 points from safety with 8 games to go. Unlikely but teams have done it before from a worse position.
