Debate is raging as to wether he threw it underarm or overarm. So this thread is in desperate need of a poll.

Prosecution - The video clearly shows the defendant struck the victim with a single upward stab with a stiletto that pierced the heart, killing him instantly.

Judge - Underarm you say? Case dismissed!

Sorry. I don't believe that for a second and the cameras (other than simple TV cameras) would've picked up a lot more. That was an overarm and aggressive throw.

You also have the mid-arm through which is not over the shoulder like an overarm throw and not looping like the under arm, it's more of a fling from the hip, something like how you'd hit a tennis shot (but without the racket).

You see this type of throw commonly in panic situations as it requires far less back swing than either the under or over arm throws.

Plus if he bent down to pick it up off the ground then launches it into the air it will have that exact trajectory.

I thought he used his head (well he didn't actually) but that's not a poll option so I refuse to vote *folds arms*

Fucks sake be serious just for once...he clearly bicycle kicks it, the real debate from there should be if it was his left or right foot.

Looking at the video you can see there's a smoke trail that seems to end where the grenade seemed to come from, which backs this story up.

The person who threw this is an idiot but I'm sure they weren't being malicious, rather they panicked and chucked it. It's suggested those things get hot so it'd be an understandable reaction
