Both forwards leaving suggests the club is well aware ?

Defensively with 23 conceded that's on a par with Man C & Utd just above them in the table but when I have watched the women, creating scoring opportunities has been pretty poor.

There are rumours that Rachel Williams is signing for Manchester United... oh and hi Ben, I follow you (and your very useful spreadsheet!) on Twitter :-D
I'm really sad that she has gone, I felt she made a difference to how we played.

The Wiliams rumour is so bemusing. I'd certainly rather we'd kept her, but its a position we need to improve and i feel she may not have been a starter soon anyway

That one is GOOD news - looking forward to more now... they need to give us good news after our sad Maeva News last week.

Womens team has made quite a few signings lately, no idea if they're any good or not as I haven't heard of any of them apart from Spence. It's a shame we don't have even 1 player in the England squad.

Very sensible additions so far, filling the gaps and gradually improving.
A. James and A. Turner used to play in England, very good signings for the club imo, Karczewska is a young overseas gamble up front, for a team that’s lacked goals, probably needed though as signing safe middling wsl forwards hasn’t worked.

Probably need a couple more and either way, it’ll be difficult to improve on position last season due to nature of league. Cautiously optimistic though.

Chelsea, Arsenal and the Manchester teams pump huge amounts (relatively speaking) into their teams so to be the best of the rest is the aim. Any better is a huge achievement

Yeah certainly, for now it’s almost impossible to aim higher than 5th, despite the club parroting it’s CL desires, the investment in the window simply doesn’t match up.
