Im not doubting your info mate as tbh alot of things you have said have happened as with a few others just getting a bit frustrated with the lack of transfers seems that all we keep hearing is about people getting excited about whats going on behind the scenes but never seems to go any further than that

Investment - I think as you saw back in May, JJ although not close to the investment stuff, knew I had heard and knew something, but we all grabbed at straws. As I believe this is close/closed up and part of the lockdown at the lane. All along it is ONLY investment/naming rights sponsorship. And someone actually posted last week about blacked out cars etc... everyone pooh pooh'd it... You shouldn't have. It was the new investors.

With the Olympics going on and London clearly in the public eye for the world to see I would not be surprised if we conclude the naming rights to the new stadium soon. I really hope this is the case.

Surely 'if this is true' applies to any piece of info?

I'm not knocking him but if someone says 'I've never said x, I've only ever said y' then I think that people are perfectly within their rights to disagree if this isn't true.

I'm more excited by the prospect of getting Moutinho off the back of this. There's no way Porto would sell Moutinho and Hulk in the same window. I think it will be one or the other who is sold. This could pave the way for Moutinho to Spurs and Hulk to stay at least 1 more year at Porto. I think Moutinho is more affordable for us.

Actually, I agree with you - if Modric leaves, Moutinho would be the ideal replacement. And, I have been rather disappointed with what I´ve seen of Hulk, especially in the Olympics.

But I just can´t help being caught up in all the "We need a striker now!" and "We are signing Ade/Damiao/Hulk/Falcao/[Insert name of your choice of world class striker here]"...
