what i and anyone else like BC etc says about them is milder than fairy liquid compared to what they say about us

they routinely call us c***s, filth and the rest

they wish death and injury on our players and manager(s)

they are absolutely vile towards us

I personally see them as an irrelevance, a bit like rushden & diamonds or leyton orient just with a few more supporters who generally make millwall fans look like mensa members.

I dont take a lot of satisfaction in beating them because they're so shit I dont see it as much of an achievement - I just fund it very, very funny, mainly due to their fans reactions.

i don't think a lot of our supporters get what it is to be a supporter

it is - IMO- to support our team and stand up to the oppo (without breaking the law etc)

in that regard i think a lot of west ham fans seem better fans than ours

they stick up for their own more i think

when you consider how pitiful many of their performances have been against us over the years - the way they keep backing their team and bashing us - well it takes some doing

it also takes a load of delusion and in their case far too often going way over the line of decent behaviour -

but they do show passion (probably not so much against the wolves and wigans of this world - but again a lot of us don't either)

west ham bother me far more than arsenal - because on the whole arsenal fans leave us alone and they certainly don't routinely spout their hatred in such a way as west ham do

for whatever reason we really bug them

The only teams that bother me are the ones which are above us constantly. Yes, some bother me more, due to history and local rivalry - like Arsenal, but I generally focus only on them.

I hate West Ham and their fans, even if they got relegated again and again I would hate them.

It's just a case of sour grapes because they're a tacky, badly run and unsuccessful club supported, on the whole, by a load of neanderthal chavs.

It's worse because we're their nearest top-flight neighbours geograpically. We've beaten them home and away this season and have an overwhelming head-to-head record over the last 5 years. We took the best midfielder and striker they've had in a generation for peanuts (Carrick sold 18mths later at a profit of £15m) and now have their best manager.

There was a time when they were pushing for Europe every season. Around that time I remember my mate Phil claiming that they were just as big as us :rofl: It's all gone steadilly back down hill from there through relegation, biscuit barons and illegal players.

Seeing us in 4th spot with a fantastic squad, good finances and a new stadium plan must be very difficult to take but they all just got ahead of themselves a bit didn't they :roll:
