I just feel let down, with kick off imminent we still haven't resolved the striker issue. I appreciate the complexities and the amazing work done. by Levy, and his difficult circumstances, but in this instance he should have empowered one of his generals to get the deals done. We shouldn't be in this position.

WE dont know what is actually happening so we are just adding more guesswork to already huge pile of "guesswork".

yes just what i was thinking the guy is really becoming a joke

I think it gets confusing because I'm sure Akqayid gets decent info, and he comes across as a nice bloke who loves Spurs, but occasionally his enthusiasm gets mixed in with what sounds like ITK.

Unfortunately I can't disentangle the genuine info from his personal opinion, so I prefer to just disregard a lot of it.

Plus we won't sign Llorente. I'd be happy to be proven wrong, but at his age he'll want to spend the final years at the top of his game with a club that is guaranteed regular champions league football, which right now isn't Spurs.

Wishkah has never said he is ITK, he just works in finance and managed to come across some info regarding LOC and Spurs

EDIT: Do you mean Akqayid?

What was this info? It's not in the RO
The other day he mentioned that we had prepared a LOC (Leter of Credit) for the transfer of a player, he then followed it up by saying that the LOC was for a euro payment (He works in the FX department). Today he has been on (albeit very drunk) saying we have sent the LOC and bought a player from abroad but he doesn't know who.

That's the quick summary as I remember it. There may be more.

Wait and see. I've been optimistic and seen it all fall apart (e.g. 2 from 8) and quietly surprised other times. I'm sure Liverpool looked at our business and theirs and were full of renewed hope (I know they were) and look what happened. Crosses fingers for today and sure we'll have a Modric replacement and good striker by 1 Sept.

I was never really convinced by Atlanta Yid's info when I was on COYS. Always seemed a bit vague and obvious. Not saying he isn't necessarily telling the truth, but it might be wise for people to apply the proverbial pinch of salt to this, before we all pick up our pitchforks and go hunting for Levy's head.

I'd put it altogether less charitably.

Got to say, my first year of reading ITK, I haven't been overly impressed with anyone.

I hope this year was a particularly bad one.

Akqa posts on Twitter - you do not have to follow him. He is quoted on here by others who are passing on his Tweets in good faith. So what if he gets carried away with things, you are on an ITK thread and the mods have confirmed that he has links with the club.

As for "Llorente no way will be come" - why not? If we have the money to trigger his sale, the club are hardly going to stop him. If he then decides that what we are offering is enough to commit to, then he will come. Are we prepared to offer the deal for him? That's the question. Akqa is not the only person making this link - I'd rather not dismiss it totally out of hand but would rather believe that the club I love has the potential to attract big names.

Imo something will be announced tonight. If we lose then the club will use it as a pick me up. If we win it'll be seen as a tremendous day

Why must people bash ITK? If you have a problem with it then dont log on and read it? Or if thats too difficult for you then keep your negative comments to yourself! Posting neg comments on here aint really helping yourself or anyone else really?
I can see ITK'ers just stopping posting altogether if this continues and we'll have fuck all to read or look forward to re:ITK in the end.
