Baines would be great , can hit a mean free kick aswell and as for a striker I think is the Brazilian from Brazil who we've chased since time began

Give the guy (chadli) a chance- he is a Belgian international and has been with is for 2 minutes and you're already talking about needing an upgrade on him!!??

I agree. You can't have two Soldado's or Lamela's for every position. We need a squad with depth yet good quality and Chadli is just that. He may not start for us in next years Champions League final but he's a great addition to the squad.

The 2 missing pieces of the jigsaw is Coentrao and a top class striker who can start left foward and replace Soldado when he is unavailable

No point spending 20m on a back up striker. So who can we get for about 25m max that will score 15+ league goals that can play left forward and through the middle?!

What about going back for Benteke? Even if we spent £25m on him he's young enough to have re-sale value. Could always offer them Ade or Defoe as a sweetener?

I'd probably prefer Coentrao to Baines because of his age but in all honesty they'd both be quality upgrades. Baines although getting on will prove to be worth it if he helps us qualify for the CL for the next 3 years, and he is probably the better of the two although he'd cost a few bob more. The key then would be to find a young understudy who would be capable of coming into the team once Baines was past it, whether that would be Rose remains to be seen.

Baines shits all over Coentrão tbh,

He doesnt fall asleep and make school boy errors

this is untrue. Ive seen Baines get raped by the most basic of wingers in the premiership. A tiny bit of pace or trickery and he is suspect. FFS even kyle walker had Baines running round in circles against us last season.

Definitely not worth the 20m Everton are looking for.

i think hes saying he received the info 24-48 hours ago, if u go back 20h in his timeline he speaks of a "blow your mind" player, and also now says 'last few hours before..'
