I beleive the outs are, bae, Vdv, HUD , jj and bentley , in ade, moutinho, loris maybe damiao and perrrer the Porto left back.

VDV will leave sooner than later mainly due to his poor fitness and secondly the family want to go back to Germany or wherever.

He is not going to be able to play for just 30 minuets every 3 games in a AVB team. This has been his problem for many years and it is not getting better - not dissimilar to Leaders. Great players sadly let down by their bodies.

these new ratings ie dumb etc are ridiculous imo - people seem more bothered about them than anything else and yesterday i saw on 2 different ocassions someone giving another member a positive rating to "even out" a negative rating someone else gave them! What next? You can buy 50 positive ratings in the shop for 99p?? I get the whole agree and disagree but some of the others are just not necessary.

Anyway back on topic - an old boy that AVB has convinced to come here hmmmmmmmm if not Falcao or Hulk then I have absolutely no idea though Moutinho must be a shout.
Re strikers - I would be stunned if Adebayor doesnt join, even if it is last minute. It doesnt appear that anyone else is in for him and City need rid as they dont want to be spending paying the wages he has when he wont even get a place in their squad and their owner will be aware of the FFP situation. Adebayor wont want to be sat doing nothing at this stage of his career either so its a case of who budges first. He will not be at Man City come September though.

I rated them both dumb. but I have to say your two posts are probably the most entertaining thing this thread has seen.

I don't think it's VdV at all actually as the only two clubs in for him namely Hamburg and Schalke have ruled themselves out on the grounds that they can't finance any potential deal for him.

SS57 might be onto something in that we may be disappointed in who doesn't leave the club and one can only summise it may be the unholy trinity of Bentley, Jenas and Gio!

I feel obliged to point out that this occurred to at least one other member before it crossed my mind!

Disappointed with the outs...I think it's more likely that means that a few players we had been hoping to move on will be staying rather than losing someone important (except for Modric of course).

Keeping bassong and making him captain along side jeans our vice captain. Actually that's not disappointing! Thats closer to a heart attack.

What JJ posted is pretty much in line with what Aulas said last weekend. It looks like someone ought to be a mite more scrupulous in applying filters to the information he hears.
