I actually don't want 'arry to go. But would we actually turn Jose down if he was prepared to come?

Doubt it...

i would like to think so.
jose is probably the best manager around, but to think of sacking harry when hes just got us to the 'promised land'....is imo right up there with judasgate.

can anyone really say they would feel comfortable with that?after all the fuss we make when we get shafted by disloyal wankers.

i would rather give harry some more dosh, and let him carry on his fine work.

If Harry does help Spurs to finish in the CL place this season, the club should keep him to continue and develop - but he should be told to be able to change some of his old habits, like giving his favourites (Crouch) long runs in the first team at the expense of other players (Pav) which affected team performance in the middle of this season, and excluding certain players largely because of his personal preferences.

He would have to be more flexible and decisive tactically before and during the match. Mourinho gave a masterclass in pro-active tactics in the huge QF and SF matches in Champions League, beating Chelski home and AWAY comprehensively and inflicting the biggest defeat to Barca in Guardiola's reign, outplaying their highly favoured opponents in all these matches with offensive, efficient football.
And both Chelski and Barca were almost at full strength player-wise, bar Essien and Iniesta.

Dismissing the PR side of Mourinho, he is a very astute and pro-active manager, whose ability to make decisive changes at half time instead of waiting for the hour mark (as most coaches usually do - and Harry often waits till 70th min) deserves a ot of credit.

More yawnworthy drivel from a member who would rather die than give Harry any credit for what has so far been a fantastic tenure at our club. He shouldn't be sacked (or "told what to do") even if we miss out on 4th - we are going in the right direction under Redknapp, and only an absolute moron would want to gamble that away (and lose the stability which is starting to return to the club again) on the offchance that someone else might do better.

The grass is always greener on the other side....

It would be insulting to sack Harry after all he's done for us. When he does leave he will be handing over a much better team than he inherited and that is solely to his own credit. Just because Harry hasn't managed at the top top level (ie Champions League, title challenge) before doesn't mean he cant. Fergie never had before taking over at United.

No one is saying he should be TOLD how to do his job by a chairman. But anyone, that's right anyone CAN be asked to learn some lessons and improve certain things for the sake of the team.

As opposed to the fantastic, well thought out gem of a comment from a member who is unable to see past his simple little notions. Unable to see that the post he charged at did not actually say that Harry should be replaced after this season. Unable to comprehend that credit to Mourinho for his approach and tactics in the CL Quarter-Final matches and Semi-Final against the two of biggest favourites in this season's Champions League does not mean proposition to get him at the expense of current manager.

Welcome to Scatty-World where the welcome sign is :stupid:
