It says you have to be a graduate so you'd need to be 21 (unless you're one of them freakishly clever kids).

Uh oh, I may have missed out the place where it said graduate.. I'm now guessing the invitation to have an interview was a generic reply.. Going to have to look into this a bit more, hmm this is bad news :-(
