Nope, just googled it. I'm in NYC, never been to Seattle but it's on my bucket list when I get the money to do stuff like that.

Galatasaray have some pretty cool ones like that.

I don't see why we couldn't arrange something along those lines. Coloured cards on seats wouldn't be a problem, and if we had a massive cockerel suspended from the top of the roof of the stand it could then drop to the space behind the ad boards. It wouldn't be covering any of the supporters either so would get round that shitty rule that scuppered the tea towel.
