I’m a season ticket holder and I’m going on Sunday, but if I buy more tickets through the exchange, how can I distribute them to my mates? Is it the normal way? I’ve only gifted my season ticket before….they have CRNs, but I want to check before I purchase and the club isn’t answering.

If they're already in your network, then you should be able to just forward the tickets to them.

I've put mine up on the exchange for Leicester and Burnley if you're after one ;)

I'll never not be jealous of you lucky fuckers who get to go each week.

You may not feel like it at times. But you're bloody lucky!

15yrs on the waiting list, had my ST for 4 seasons now and still love the fact I’m at the ground.

There really is nothing quite like it (y)

Yes they need a membership number which is free and easy to get. Once they have them, you search their surname on the ticket app then 'add them' to your friend network.
They will then receive an email yo accept being added. All done.

Then before the game, just allocate the ticket in question yo whichever friend and send. They receive an email to accept the ticket.

Log into your account on the ticketing web site and click the account button:

At the bottom of the screen click on "View Account Menu":

On the next screen, click on "Manage Tickets" (you might have to click that little blue arrow to make the options appear):

Click on the match you want to sell the ticket for (at the moment the ticket exchange is only open for the Arsenal and Aston Villa matches, you just have to wait for Spurs to decide to open it for other matches).

On the next screen, tick the little box next to the ticket you want to sell:

Once you have a tick in the box, click on the "Sell on Ticket Exchange" button at the bottom:

And from there it's just like checking out when you're buying a ticket. Click the "Review Order" button, then on the next screen tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click the badly named "Complete Purchase" button at the bottom of the screen.

You should then get a conformation screen and receive an email confirming that your ticket has been posted for sale, and when / if it sells you'll get another confirming that it's been sold.

Repeat for each ticket you want to post on the exchange.

I wish exchange tickets also allowed for concessions. Seems not an unreasonable thing to give flexibility to those buying them the option of taking a child. I dont want to pay £60 to take a 7 or 16 year old having missed out on the OH window.

Yeah I agree, did this recently and was annoyed to pay full price for my daughter. Just another example of kids being priced out of attending.
