I've recently become a one hotspur member with the aim of getting to a few games this season. If i purchase a ticket off the exchange do i get emailed a ticket or should i have a stadium access card? If so i really dont know how to set it up, didnt want to buy a ticket to then not have the right software installed for it to come through, not really had anything come through since becoming a member.

Your Membership Card is digital on the phone... If you don't want to use the phone you can e-mail them and order a stadium access card... in both cases your ticket will be downloaded on to the digital pass or access card. Also when using the exchange.

I have a digital One Hotspur pass (Android / Wallet). My young son has a stadium access card because he doesn't have a phone yet :)

There should be a guide and link in the e-mail you received when becoming member.

You should have a digital 0asa in either apple or Google pay. When you buy a ticket it will be uploaded onroyour membership digital pass

Ive never used google pay before. I did click on the download digital pass but did that before id installed google wallet which im assuming is same as google pay? Now when i open google wallet i cant see any pass or will this only show up when ive purchased a ticket and been sent that ticket. Sorry for all the questions

Wallet is the new Google Pay... your Wallet account should be active on your phone before clicking on the Android link in your Membership mail... try again ??

Wallet is the new Google Pay... your Wallet account should be active on your phone before clicking on the Android link in your Membership mail... try again ??

Hi Paul,

I don’t know about Google pay by the Apple wallet doesn’t give you an option to share which is what makes everything difficult!

Hey folks.

I'm a one hotspur + member trying to get my brother and my nephews who are currently not members tickets to the Everton game.

I understand I can buy the tickets and then share it with them, but they need to become members too.

So we have tried to sign up to one adult hotspur plus membership and 2 of the junior equivalent. Keep getting we're sorry unexpectedly error. The website is useless and the ticket office basically said we don't know good luck.

Anyone else had this issue? Or is there another way to approach it?

I don’t know about Google pay by the Apple wallet doesn’t give you an option to share which is what makes everything difficult!
You can't share from Apple Wallet. It's incoming only.

If you want to share a ticket you need to be a STH or run the QR Code screenshot gauntlet.

I'm a season ticket holder and my mate is not a member. Spurs have opened up the ticket exchange tickets to season ticket holders for the game tomorrow, presumably so they can buy a guest ticket.

I've bought one for my mate and now have two tickets in my account to manage (my season ticket plus the one I bought him). They haven't sent me an e-ticket for the second ticket yet and if I try and forward it to him it doesn't work either.

Anyone know how it's supposed to work in this situation? Last resort I'll go to the ticket office to sort it tomorrow but if anyone knows a way around this it'd be much appreciated.

As an aside, it'd be great if the ticket office could muster more than four brain cells between them. Everything always seems to be so awkward.

If memory serves me right, I did get it the day before the game though so hopefully it’ll come through. Otherwise, yeah…ticket office ?‍♂️

Ok, thanks mate, that's reassuring ish. Fingers crossed it turns up before midday tomorrow and I don't have to queue up for who knows how long at the ticket office.

Members can’t share tickets was my experience you have to buy it from the member account

You don’t have to be a member you just need a crn. You could forward your season ticket and then keep the other one in you wallet.

Cheers for the reply. There is no other ticket in my wallet. It's in my account but I don't have the bar code associated with it anywhere. I did try sending him my season ticket and even the extra in my account but no joy.

From what I've been reading and the spillage said, I think when a season ticket holder buys a guest ticket, the guest goes in under the season ticket holder's name. I'd have normally received the e-ticket by now but as I ordered after the ticket office closed I don't have it yet so will probably have to collect it at the ground.

Oh well, it's an excuse to get there (and subsequently the pub) early!
