Any idea how safe the ground is on a whole and whether we will be able to show our support for Tottenham in section C3 without being kicked out?

I think you should be ok in C3, as its close to the away section. I have a feeling, that u wont be the only one there showing Spurs colours ...

Just avaiod the D Area, as thats where the YB main support is.

Yes I am going to rob a bank then buy a beer

Well, if your planning to get drunk, you might just need to :hump:
(please dont take my words by heart)

As far as I am informed one of the main meeting/drinking points prior to the game will be the Pickwick Pub in Bern: www.pickwick.ch

Address: Wallgasse, 3011 Bern

Well when a friend from London was here in Basel last year he was shocked at how expensive McDonalds is in Switzerland compared to the UK, he refused to go there again as its about twice the price than in London he said. Hope for you guys from the UK that the beer prices arent that different

I personally avoid pubs over here as they are way too expensive.
A pint costs more than CHF 8.00 over here!

Your better off going to a Coop (like Tesco/Sainsbury) Store and buy Beer there if your planning on dampening your pipes.

Depends where you drink. Out here in the sticks it's CHF4.50 - 5 which is no more than the UK. I'm sure you can find places in Bern for not much more than that if you avoid the obvious traps.
