    I sit in 546. The entrance is K which points towards Wembley Stadium station and, if you walk past that, Wembley Central.

    Can't post a pic as they're too large but I look diagonally down the pitch from a corner flag.

    If you are in the upper tier go for somewhere around the half way line for a good view. Generally in my experience of watching spurs at Wembley most of the atmosphere and likely foul language will come from lower stands behind the goals. If you avoid them you'll be fine. Only issue is getting up to the upper stands lots of walking once in the stadium to get up there. Think there are escalators available.

    There's only escalators unless you go up the fire escape. Coming down you get sent to the stair wells though.

    So either I or the club appear to have fucked up somewhere.

    I've got a ticket for tonight's game, and went to open my Membership Pack last night (I've been busy okay!) and there appears to be no access card included. I've also not had it posted separately, and have also not received a paper ticket for the game.

    Did people receive their access cards as part of the membership pack? I'll call the ticket office when they open in 15 minutes, but just wondering if I've done something dumb.

    Cards came separately, about a week later. I got mine about 3 weeks ago, although it was somebody else's so they had to send mine out again!

    Let's hope your postman isn't a spurs supporter. If your post is late tomorrow then he's probably still in the queue for the tube!

    Need to think about saving money for the trip and tickets.

    I am on hold too! Same issue. Got my pack but no access cards either within or by post!

    Dont worry, I once had to spend an hour nearly each day to get them to do anything useless they are I then went directly to Jonathan Waite who was brilliant.

    Our customer service teams really are awful they need large scale improvement even the orders from the store are useless especially when you spend premium money on the shirts rather than going to jd sports and that.

    Spurs have abysmal customer support. The website is poor and the e-commerce element is dated. I can't tell you how many times they have contrived to screw up orders in the past...was appalled they couldn't get my daughter's new kit on time before her birthday despite paying extra to ensure it would be delivered a week in advance (something lame like they ran out of the letter 'A'!)

    To be fair I should have realised this issue much more in advance but just assumed my access card was in my pack.

    Does seem a bit daft that it takes so long to get through though.

    Apparently, all lines are down and they are trying to resolve it! ON. A. EFFING. MATCHDAY.

    I had managed to get through to Ticketmaster after hours yesterday - they were extremely helpful and said that in all likelihood we could show our email confirmation at the booking office at Wembley and all would be ok...

    @talkshowhost86 if you manage to get through can you advise what they say - I will do the same!
