On option 2 I haven't been able to get through to get Bolton tickets today or yesterday!!! Do they charge you when your on hold? Is it worth staying on hold or to just make seperate calls?

Could I try option 1 to get away tickets or do they not like that?

Yes they do.

Could it be because it's matchday they have different opening hours?

Also, for the FC Twente game we went in to buy tickets to the Sunderland match and was told we was not allowed to enter the ticket office unless it is a matchday related query because they were not working on other matches.
