I applied for both Lyon and WBA away, got an email tonight from the Club which is clearly wrong as it states I can access both games using my stadium access card, with two seats numbers for each game haha!

Anyone else get one?

Hoping this means me and my friend have been successful for both :)

Deadline's not passed for applying for Lyon away, so I'd guess it doesn't mean too much...

Dear Supporter,

We are emailing regarding your recent application for the away fixture against West Bromwich Albion on Sunday 3 February 2013.

Following some overnight maintenance work carried out on our ticketing system a number of emails were sent out containing incorrect or misleading information.

With regard to the West Bromwich Albion ticket allocation you are advised that applications closed to all One Hotspur Members at 5pm on Tuesday 8 January and no tickets have been guaranteed at this stage. We will confirm to those who have and have not been successful in due course. Please be advised that should we be oversubscribed with applications we will allocate tickets in line with the Club’s loyalty point scheme.

All successful supporters will then be sent a paper ticket to use to enter the stadium in the usual way.

Please accept our apologies for any confusion that may have been caused.

Yours sincerely

They're clearly having some problems. The members application period for Lyon away was supposed to open when the season ticket holders one closed at 5pm yesterday, but when I got to Lyon away on the website it just says 'application period closed' and there's now way for me to apply. Bummer, being as I have flights booked. Have emailed them asking what's going on and pleading that if it is sold out to season ticket holders they request more tickets from Lyon, but won't be holding my breath!

Pretty sure I read it yesterday, either on twitter or on FTL.

Fucksticks.
I'm annoyed by our allocation of 2,000. Lyon's average league attendance this season is 29,000. Their average Europa League attendance is 20,000. Their ground has a capacity of 42,000.
Why haven't they sent us more tickets, but more importantly as a Spurs member desperate to attend this game and give my vocal backing to the players, why haven't Spurs pushed for more tickets.
Lyon would get more money, we'd have more supporters backing the team, and there'd be less chance of several hundred Spurs fans roaming the streets of Lyon during the game. It just makes sense for everyone.
But I guess the club are only interested in their official package trip customers (who don't even need to be members) and season ticket holders.
Grrr.

How do you know they haven't pushed for more tickets ? I'm sure I read in another thread someone had emailed the ticket office and the response was they were trying to get more.
