in the URL on all screens the numbers are all different - could this be a queue relation?

When did you log in?

I started at 8.20am kept going straight through them hit the doughnut firewall just after 9am

I started a new browser at exactly 10am and that’s the one that got me in. I had lots of progress on one I opened at 9.35am but that just stopped.

Just refreshed to a grey doughnut.

This is painful!

I definitely think there's something to not joining the queue too early. For Palace last week, I was stuck on the tube to about 9.45am. I got in fairly quickly. Today I was in much earlier, and all three browser/phone combo's I'm using are still stuck. The colleague at work who got in (albeit too late) joined the queue well after me.

Got a ticket!! Circle of death went fully blue and it kicked me out back to the log in page. Logged in and it took me straight to the choose a seat page so grabbed the first one I could

I genuinely believe having multiple screens/devices defeats the object. I get in faster on one device than multiple. Getting available tickets once in is a whole other matter, though.

Managed to get a pair of tickets for me and another Hotspur + member this morning, for the Man City game.

I didn’t bother looking for seats together just found two on the same row 6-7 seats apart. Initially tickets wouldn’t select in certain areas so I just went for the first two that did.

No tips, think it’s all about luck to be honest.

So excited for the match! COYS!

Minded to agree with this but i also think loyalty points should come into it somehow (and i dont have hundreds of them). Perhaps a priority ballot for those with a certain number of points and then a free for all ballot there after.

I think this would be the fairest system. Obviously I'm all for people who go week in, week out getting priority, but the trouble nowadays is that by having such a massive % of the stadium being ST holders, they've made it a completely closed shop for people who just aren't able to go regularly for various reasons. Apparently by the time you factor in STs, away allocation, closed rows for segregation etc. there are only something like 7k tickets in total that go on sale to members, which given that there are supposedly over 100k members, is clearly nowhere near enough. The way it is now unless you live in London and have enough money to afford to go all the time, you've got no chance of getting anywhere near tickets even to a shit PL game. And no way of getting any more LPs even if you wanted to go all the time. How are the next generation of fans supposed to come through in this scenario? And more short term how many people are going to continue to pay the 50/60 quid membership fee every year if they know they still won't come anywhere near meeting the LP cutoff?

I think a good compromise would be something like 50% of remaining tickets go into a LP-based ballot (e.g. those above X LPs are eligible), then 30% go to a members-only ballot (open to all members regardless of LPs), then 20% go to a general sale ballot to anyone and everyone. That way there's a benefit to having LPs and being a member, but doesn't completely exclude newcomers and/or those who haven't been able to go to games for whatever reason e.g. moving abroad for work, not having the money to go all the time any more etc. etc.

I think that'd be a good compromise personally.

JUST GOT IN..... Got One - go to 'find seats for me" and keep selected different areas!!!!!
That's how I got my Huddersfield ticket yesterday. Choosing my own seat it wouldn't allow, but selecting for me did.

Well that's frustrating! I'm still not in, but the guy at work who got in had to go to a meeting and I think he closed the browser window as he'd given up hope

it was the 10.01 login screen that got me in, the others just stopped for over an hour
