He is really playing well after his move to Swansea. His assist to llorente yesterday was really, really good (I think he did similar cross to llorente in previous matches). I think he is far more aggressive in Swansea. Instead, he decided to play safe during in Spurs. Not sure why. But quite happy he is finally becoming a real premier league level player

It's not really that complicated, he is playing in a midfield three at Swansea giving him the license to get forward more and play in a creative role. At spurs we essentially play two deeper midfielders.

He's been PL quality for ages now and wasn't at all bad last season either, but he just isn't quite good enough for us, as most mid-table PL midfielders arn't either.

Haha I should have provided more context.

My question was as to whether anyone has any insight as to why he is club less at 30? Always seemed to be a competent player who could atleast play league one.
