Top 4 guarantees CL qualification?

Am I right in thinking that, even if Arsenal or Chelsea wins the Europa league, finishing fourth now guarantees champions league qualification?

Apologies if this has been discussed. I couldn’t find a ‘race for top 4’thread.

Great news, now I'll be hoping they get knocked out at the final hurdle in the semis having played all these pointless games

For us yes. The only way this is not the case is if either Arsenal or Chelsea win the Europa and finish outside the top 4 while we win the Champions League and finish outside the top 4. Only then would the fourth team lose their CL spot. While that opens up some rather delicious permutations I think we shouldn't play with fire and just get top 4 secured!
