Surely the best outcome would be for both of those games to result in a draw with us winning our next two? That way they all drop points?I would want leicester to win both their next 2 games and then start to decline when the pressure is really on as I can't see the scum and city losing many more points
surely you don't want Leicester to lose to Arsenal
OK.I was talking to my dad last night
I can't remember exactly what brought the conversation up but ultimately it was sparked by a statement from him saying "well we don't think we have a chance of winning the league do we?"
Which prompted me to question why not?
I said to him, as things stand we're as well placed as anyone else and clearly we're in the title race
His answer was that if the club were serious about thinking we could win the league this season we would have spent in the transfer window
I asked him if he thought Leicester could win the league - he replied that yes he actually thinks they can because they have Vardy and Mahrez
I reminded him of the time Keegan's Newcastle were running away with the league and signed Asprilla to cement the title, but instead unbalanced the team and derailed their own challenge
I questioned whether the reason we didn't sign a striker was not because we were not serious about winning the league but more because we thought we could challenge with what we had and what was available to buy was no better or likely to improve our chances
He then said well we have to play Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool away and we still got Arsenal and Man U at home
I said to him "who do you think Leicester have left then?" and I explained their next two fixtures were away to City and Arsenal and that they too had tough fixtures in the run in
He then stroppily asked me in a sarcastic manner if I thought we would win the league this year then - I of course had to concede that ultimately no I didn't think we would be champions this year, but that I didn't think it impossible and I certainly thought we are in the race as things stand and that I found it ridiculous to write us off for the reasons he had
We then sat in awkward silence until my mum came in and changed the subject before I went home shortly after with my dad still sulking......
I get Spurs fans having the "Spurs will find a way to fuck it up mentality" it's ingrained with years of experience for us all.@Shea This is much like most pundits too.
They all say Leicester could win it, then mention how they don't think Spurs are strong enough. In my opinion we have a better squad and should be classed as having just as much chance as Leicester.
They have Mahrez and Vardy..... what makes them better than Alli & Kane?
So the question is what is your prefered result for Leicester v City??
I agree, I want a draw or City winLeicester must not win at all costs.

Yea well, we're a very exciting familySounds like a legendary evening
Yup all we want is for the teams around us to drop points, we've got three months to catch Leicester.Draw all day long.
Draw all day long.
Agreed, if a winner is declared, 3 points is awarded to teams around us. If a draw, only 2 points are awarded to teams around us. That's far easier for us to deal with.Yup all we want is for the teams around us to drop points, we've got three months to catch Leicester.

Use the same name, take ownership! My uncle and cousins send me a 'Happy St. Totteringham's Day' email each year
Due to the fact that that this year we genuinely have a chance of finishing above them, what would be the alternative 'Day' if this were to happen? St. Arses Day maybe?
If they don't start dropping points after the next two matches I'm genuinally scared that they might not drop any points everLeicester must not win at all costs.
