Tottenham about to make move to sign Ilaix Moriba

Tottenham Hotspur are set to make a bid for Barcelona’s Ilaix Moriba in the ‘next hours’. Tottenham had barely been linked with Moriba at all, but all of a sudden last night – it was claimed that the player was ready to move to North London.
