Fair play, kind of
Had a feeling there was going to be loads of goals, just wasn't sure if we could actually do it.
Fair play, kind of
It's simple really, there's more channels than there are quality broadcasters to fill their airtime so the flotsam and jetsam get to fill in. That's how Savage got his gig, he's a worse broadcaster than he was a footballer. So many pundits these days are an absolute joke. It amazes me that Sky and other broadcaster's allow them to be so obviously unprofessional. Seeing Jenas on MOTD the other day was such a relief to me! Finally someone that speaks well, knows what he's talking about and isn't biased at all is favoured over the usual numpties they invite!
Yeah, you're right. It's just a shame the companies aren't more strict about the pundits being completely impartial. I actually don't mind Savage, he's not one to listen to if you want to learn about the game, but he seems an alright bloke and he's not biased from what I've seen. It's the really biased ones like Thompson, Merson, Souness etc that really get on my tits, because they aren't doing their job properly when they are perfectly well equipped to do so and their warped opinions influence so many people that can't think for themselvesIt's simple really, there's more channels than there are quality broadcasters to fill their airtime so the flotsam and jetsam get to fill in. Oh no he di'nt????He's a biased prick but to be honest he is probably right. However I think we will get a few too, it'll be something silly (but very exciting), like 3-5, if I know my spurs
Funny, as it's been a few years since they last got 3 points at white hart lane

We sort of expect it when a journalist follows his proprietor's agenda and when Adrian Durham makes an inflammatory comment to get the premium rate lines flowing but I don't see the point of a TV company employing these one trick ponies who can only pass biased opinions in favour of their old club or against their traditional foes. Alan Smith is another one.Yeah, you're right. It's just a shame the companies aren't more strict about the pundits being completely impartial. They didn't beat us in 2013. It was 1-1. Paulinho missed a golden chance just before half time when we were 1-0 up. Torres got sent off. They beat us there in 2013, so not that long. They also spanked us in 2012 at the Lane, but it was the cup, so no three points.
We've only lost once in last 10 in the league at home against them tho
Gotta love Merson, what a twat
Yeah, that's exactly how I feel about it. The stupid thing is they know the game well enough to see what's what, yet they still can't bring themselves to say a negative thing about the team they support and are biased when they are capable of giving well educated opinions and these companies don't seen to mind that they aren't getting the best they can out of their employees like every other company in the world. It just makes no sense to me!We sort of expect it when a journalist follows his proprietor's agenda and when Adrian Durham makes an inflammatory comment to get the premium rate lines flowing but I don't see the point of a TV company employing these one trick ponies who can only pass biased opinions in favour of their old club or against their traditional foes.
