Is this guy a winger or a striker? If he is a striker, then 7 goals in 30 games last season in an inferior league doesn't fill me with confidence.

Think the money would be better spent on Berahino or Charlie Austin who are both proven goalscoarers in the PL.

But maybe Danny will surprise us all and sign the lot of them!!

he plays both. 7 in 30 doesn't sound great until you look deeper and see that he only started 15 of those 30. in total he played 1519 minutes which is equivalent to 17 games, he also got 7 assists so seems to be an all-rounder rather than just a finisher.

Think I also read somewhere that he has scored something like 6 goals in 14 games for Cameroon. Almost a goal every other game really and if he can supply Kane with plenty of assists as well he could turn out to be a pretty smart signing i suppose.

So not even a regular starting player.

I'm very excited about N'jie more so than Berahino (who I hope we do sign too)sign him up please. Give him the No.7 shirt and watch an automatic change in our attacking play going forward...his deceptively strong a bit like Sterling good assist exceptionally quick and can score goals.

N'jie £10-15M
Berahino £15-20M
Embolo £6-12M

N'jie is a talent, quick and very strong!

Embolo was more like £18m+

But as we know we will need to give him time. I watched him for Lyon last season and was very impressed with his pace and power

Then we had better take a look at our academy. Ruffle some feathers.
I think there is universal agreement that we have exceptional talent coming out of the academy.
But to think that in every position there will never be a better bet elsewhere is bonkers.

Dzeko gone on loan to Roma for a season. Now wouldn't that have been nice?

Not to be a spoilt brat, but why the fuck couldn't this have been done before United?

Levy holidaying in Florida. There's time for that when the business is done.

So, neg rep away, but getting it done eventually is not as good as getting it done before the season starts no matter which way you cut it.

Left wing, right wing, through the middle - he doesn't care and he is very, very good, raw? Yes - but who isn't at his age? What he does very, very well is he makes instant fast moving decisions - he does everything at pace and is remarkably cool in the final third. I like him a lot.
If we get Berahino too - that would be a scary, scary fast paced counter attacking unit - interchangeable too - could be very exciting. It's another transitional year - but I don't mind them if we're full of talent and excitement and we're building towards something.

Maybe they had to agree a fee...like sometimes these things take time.
