I don’t thing Hudd have much to play for tonight, it’s not a must win, sure they would love a point but they don’t have to get it. They only need a point in next two games and there next game is at home v Arsenal. But even if they get no points West Bromwich would need to go away to Crystal Palace and win 5-0 minimum! I think Hudd are safe. And as you said I think Chelski will pick up maximum points from the last games.
So this is a must win for us, bad enough going into the last game needing a point but if we lose tonight I believe we screwed it! Even 3 points won’t do it!
Coys ?
West Brom are down mate. You want to look at Swansea, who just need a win vs Stoke and Huddersfield to lose both and they’ll stay up.

The one advantage of playing Sissoko in midfield is that his first touch is so heavy he may well put the ball past Dubravka from 35 yards :cautious:

I think many of us suspected that would be the lineup. Doesn't mean it was the one everyone wanted! I really hope that we do well tonight. I just find it surprising, that in a must win game, Poch decides to start with a midfielder who hasn't been all that great or reliable for the entire season (Sissoko), and decides that he doesn't want his most experienced, level heads out there... (Toby). And to cap it off, knowing we'll be playing against a team that will set out to absorb pressure he decides against the one player that sort of looked a bit dangerous against West Brom (Lucas). And on a day, when you want players laying it on the line, you start Son... a player that has been mentally and physically checked out for well over a month now. You can apply that somewhat to Davies and even Sanchez a bit too,

I trust Poch for sure. But sometimes he makes decisions that feel a bit counterintuitive. This selection feels safe and is riddled with hubris again.

That said, I'm sure he expects this team to kick butt, and I'll get behind him for sure. COYS!!

Perhaps Poch has reminded Sissoko of his end of season performance at St James’ Park two seasons ago which both tore us apart and convinced us to sign him...Just hope he pointed out that he has switched clubs since then

Just support Sissoko, he is ours. He may not be as good as others but cannot deny his passion. With his passion we would more likey have won on Saturday.
