No because an encroachment from the defending team doesn't matter if the ball goes in, as your chart states, its just a goal, however in this case there's a reason why that "goal" is not valid, the run-up

Our players were encroaching too. By that table I make it that it should have been retaken for that offense.

Imagine blaming the referee and VAR.

Our performance has been a disgrace! We're going life and death with Rochdale.

Some of our fans are really blinkered.
Has the game started then? I thought I was watching the 50 greatest footballing controversies on channel 5.

If the ref had given Lamela a red on the back of checking VAR (which he did) I would have probably exploded into a big bunch of atoms in a massive fart.

Pissed off at this VAR shambles. Whether the decisions are correct or incorrect, as I predicted the whole process to it would be a massive ballache and make things worse. Most said no it would be wonderful, well........

More pissed off at our team and our manager. Focus has completely been lost and we're lucky now not to be behind. I said after the Newport games I don't know why we are pissing around with the ball at the back, inviting pressure, and giving the opposition a sniff. I said it after the first game against this lot.... And now finally it bites us on the arse. We cough up the ball at our most open in the left corner, concede a goal. Then more pissing about trying to play out, losing the ball, and nearly 2-1 down. How many fucking games do we sit through where this happens? Against these lower league teams, on often shit pitches, don't give them a sniff. Just play the game in their half. Stop being so fucking pig-headed and unable to think and adapt. FFS.

Individually I think most have been turd. Even those having bright moments have mostly taken too many touches and picked the wrong decisions. I am very concerned about Harry Winks though, he just looks completely shot currently and is all at sea out there. What has happened to him, confidence? fitness? both?

Get the fucking big guns on and put this to bed for good I say. We need to go through no matter what the circumstances.

This is a quote from the FA website.

"feinting to kick the ball once the kicker has completed the run-up (feinting in the run-up is permitted); the referee cautions the kicker"

There was nothing wrong with what Son did.

This is why UEFA have announced they won't be using VAR in next years CL.
It's current implementation is a fucking shambles...the World Cup will be ridiculous.

This match is weird, is this an acid flashback?

Did Son stop or take a tiny step? It was a weird penalty either way.

Weirdest game ever. Think we'll get a response 2nd half though, IMO Lamela and Tripps have been decent, Moura in flashes (penalty?!)....absolutely shit officiating. COYS!

Weird.

Winks complaining to the officials as they come off the pitch was by far his biggest contribution thus far.:banghead:

Maybe, but the ref was a fucking coward and waved him away. Such a piss take. Time for the refs to be interviewed and put under the same scrutiny the managers, players and teams are.

I say this without my Spurs hat on too.
